In 2016, I had just become a mom. I was still offering 1:1 beauty coaching and makeup sessions online, doing my best to make women feel beautiful. One day, I finished a session with a client — her skin was glowing, her features enhanced, her eyes radiant. She looked gorgeous.

And yet, when she looked at herself in the mirror, she said:

“I don’t like myself.”

That moment cracked something open in me.

I realized, makeup alone can’t fix what we believe about ourselves.

And from that moment, I made myself a promise: I will never teach makeup again without teaching mindset.
